When requesting an estimate or entering into a build contract, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your lot location, zoning restrictions, and financial standing. You are responsible for ensuring that the physical site is accessible for our delivery transport and craning equipment as outlined during the initial consultation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, and proprietary smart tech integration schematics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of NordNest Modular . They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

While our physical structures come with a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty, the use of this informational website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website.
